The C02 Laser Marking Machine consists of the following components:

Laser Controller: Contains circuit boards, electrical components, and the operator console.
Umbilical Cable Assembly: Includes power and data cables.
Laser Marking Head: Includes the laser cavity, optics, shutter assembly, galvanometer assembly, and flat-field lens.
Software - Merlin® II LS Laser Marking Software.
System Computer: Provided by Telesis or the customer.
The modular design allows easy replacement of main components and return to Telesis if repair is needed.

Laser Marking Head

The C02 Laser Marking Machine head incorporates the latest CO2 laser technology with a sealed tube, RF-excited, providing excellent output power, stability, and reliability in a compact, rugged modular package.

Optional Red Aiming Diode

The laser marking head may include a visible red aiming diode that can be seen on the work surface without the need for protective goggles. This provides a safe and convenient aid for laser setup and part programming. Since the red beam is positioned after the shutter, the aiming beam can be used with the laser beam during the marking cycle. Always use eye protection when the laser is operating.
